We have included the data for the Russian Federation and its predecessors - the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Soviet Union - together to provide continuity. Russia has been a top arms exporter with its equipment being used by over 100 armies, including some aligned with the West, so this will cover the data for several countries until they can be added in their own rights. These files have been updated to cover all of the equipment for the USSR in Seven Days To The Rhine
